These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and the Services of Revelane B.V., Molenpad 2, 1016 GM Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Revelane", "we", "us"). The Revelane® name and logo are registered trademarks in the European Union.

By accessing the website or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

If your organisation has signed an agreement with Revelane (the "Customer Agreement"), that agreement and its Data Processing Agreement prevail over these Terms where they conflict. Our Privacy Policy, AI policy and Cookie policy form part of these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Revelane OS: the Revelane Operating System available at app.revelane.com, including all its modules such as CRM, Analytics, Forecasting and Pricing.

  • Services: Revelane OS, its integrations with third-party services such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and related support.

  • Customer: the organisation that has entered into a Customer Agreement with Revelane.

  • User: any person who accesses the Services under a Customer's account.

  • Customer Data: all data that a Customer or its Users enter into, upload to or synchronise with the Services, including personal data of their own customers and contacts, emails and calendar events.

  • Connected Account: a third-party account, such as a Google or Microsoft account, that a User connects to the Services.

2. Use of the website

The information on revelane.com is for general information only and does not constitute advice. We keep it accurate and up to date with reasonable care, but do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or free of errors, malware or viruses.

The website contains links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, and our Privacy Policy and Cookie policy do not apply to them.

You may read, print and store content from the website for your own use. Any other use, including reproducing the website or parts of it elsewhere, requires our prior written consent.

3. Access to Revelane OS

Access to Revelane OS is provided to Customers and their Users under a Customer Agreement. The Customer appoints one or more administrators, who invite Users, assign roles and permissions, and decide which modules and features are enabled for the workspace.

Users must:

  • use their own account and keep their credentials confidential;

  • sign in with single sign-on or multi-factor authentication where the Customer requires it;

  • notify their administrator and Revelane without delay at data@revelane.com if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

The Customer is responsible for all activity under its Users' accounts and for removing access for Users who leave the organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for the Customer's internal business purposes and in line with applicable law. You may not:

  • upload or synchronise data you have no right to process, or use the Services to send unsolicited or unlawful communications;

  • access or attempt to access data of other Customers, or circumvent security, access controls or usage limits;

  • reverse engineer, copy, resell or sublicense the Services, or use them to build a competing product;

  • scrape or extract data from the Services by automated means other than the interfaces we provide;

  • introduce malware or interfere with the operation, integrity or performance of the Services;

  • use the Services in violation of the terms of a Connected Account provider, such as Google or Microsoft.

5. Customer Data and privacy

The Customer owns its Customer Data. Revelane uses Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Services for that Customer, and to improve the Services through aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that do not identify the Customer or any individual.

For Customer Data, the Customer is the data controller and Revelane acts as data processor under the Data Processing Agreement. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for the data it enters or synchronises and for informing the individuals concerned. For the personal data of Users and website visitors, Revelane is the data controller as described in the Privacy Policy.

On termination of the Customer Agreement, the Customer can export its Customer Data. We delete or return Customer Data within 30 days of termination and remove it from backups within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Integrations and Connected Accounts

The Services can connect to third-party services, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot and Salesforce. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their interfaces.

Email and calendar integration with Google or Microsoft is optional and switched off by default. It becomes active only when the feature has been enabled in the CRM module for the workspace and a User connects their account and grants the requested permissions. By connecting a Connected Account, you authorise Revelane to access the data covered by those permissions on your behalf, solely to provide the features described in section 2 of the Privacy Policy.

Revelane's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Revelane's use of data received from Microsoft Graph complies with the Microsoft APIs Terms of Use.

You can disconnect a Connected Account at any time in Revelane OS under Settings → Integrations, or revoke access with the provider. Revelane then deletes the access tokens immediately and stops synchronisation.

7. AI features

Revelane OS contains features that use artificial intelligence, such as summaries, forecasts and suggested next steps. AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or acting on it.

Customer Data processed by AI features is used only for that Customer's workspace and is not used to train models across Customers. Further details are set out in our AI policy.

8. Availability, changes and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available and secure. Availability commitments and support levels, if any, are set out in the Customer Agreement. We may carry out planned maintenance and will announce it in advance where possible.

We continuously develop Revelane OS and may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a module a Customer has subscribed to during its subscription term without informing the Customer in advance.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website, Revelane OS and the Services, including software, data models, methodology, benchmarks, designs and documentation, belong to Revelane or its licensors. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for the duration of the Customer Agreement. No other rights are transferred.

The Customer retains all rights in its Customer Data. If you give us feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a User's or Customer's access, in whole or in part, if this is necessary to prevent a security incident, to comply with the law, or because of a serious breach of these Terms. We will limit the suspension to what is necessary, inform the Customer promptly and restore access once the cause has been resolved.

The term and termination of the Customer's subscription are governed by the Customer Agreement. A User's access ends when the Customer removes it or when the Customer Agreement ends.

11. Liability

Revelane's liability for use of the Services is governed by the Customer Agreement (contract). Where no Customer Agreement applies, Revelane's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and is excluded for indirect or consequential damage, including lost profit, lost revenue and loss of data.

Revelane is not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the website, from errors in its content, from third-party services or Connected Accounts, or from failures in electronic communication.

These limitations do not apply to damage caused by Revelane's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. General

Changes. We may update these Terms. The version number and effective date at the top show when they last changed. For material changes affecting the Services we will inform Customers by email or within the Services at least 30 days before they take effect.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. The parties will replace the void provision with a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam.
