As a Sales Excellence Manager, your mission is to help organisations build high-performing, scalable sales organisations. You translate commercial strategy into effective sales models, processes and behaviours — ensuring sales teams are set up to win, consistently.
Working closely with Growth Strategists, Revenue Operations specialists and Client Delivery Directors, you help clients improve how they sell: from structure and focus to execution quality and performance management.
