Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your mission is to turn growth ambition into scalable, well-orchestrated commercial execution. You design and optimise the systems, processes and data foundations that enable marketing and sales to perform as one integrated revenue engine.


Working closely with Commercial Excellence, Brand Marketing specialists and Client Delivery Leads, you ensure that strategy is not only defined — but technically enabled, operationally embedded and measurable across channels.

Key responsibilities

CRM & Revenue Infrastructure
You own and optimise CRM environments (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring clean data structures, clear funnel logic and strong alignment between marketing, sales and RevOps.


Lifecycle, Email & Automation
You design and manage lifecycle journeys across the funnel — from lead nurturing and onboarding to reactivation and expansion — ensuring relevance, consistency and scalability.


Marketing Channels & Technical Enablement
You understand how key marketing channels (e.g. paid media, organic, events, email, partnerships) technically connect to CRM and data flows. You ensure:

  • correct tracking, attribution and handovers

  • clean integration between channels, tools and CRM

  • that channel strategies can be executed without operational friction


Data, Insights & Reporting
You safeguard data quality and translate performance data into actionable insights through dashboards and reporting, enabling better commercial and channel-level decisions.


Sales Enablement & Process Optimisation
You support sales teams with the right tooling, templates, playbooks and processes — improving consistency, pipeline hygiene and effectiveness.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps or CRM-focused roles (B2B)

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred)

  • Solid understanding of marketing channels and their technical dynamics (tracking, attribution, integrations)

  • Experience working alongside performance marketing and sales teams

  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead management and sales processes

  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards and reporting

  • Structured, pragmatic and improvement-driven

  • Clear communicator who can connect technical execution to commercial outcomes

  • Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus

  • Based in (or close to) Amsterdam and eligible to work in the Netherlands
