As Commercial Excellence Manager, you strengthen the commercial core of our client organisations. You bring analytical precision and operational discipline to the sales function — designing processes, steering performance, and building capabilities that enable revenue growth at scale. You work alongside Client Delivery Directors, GTM leaders and RevOps specialists to transform ambition into commercial readiness, ensuring sales teams operate with clarity, consistency, and evidence-based decision-making.
