We helped Anybotics turn CRM data into actionable insights by implementing an Opportunity Value Scoring model. The model calculates the likelihood of conversion based on customer and prospect engagement, giving the commercial team a clear view of pipeline quality and value. It now enables sales to prioritise the right opportunities and focus their efforts where they matter most. At the same time, we set up marketing attribution tracking, allowing the team to connect campaigns directly to revenue impact.
