As a Revenue Operations Strategist, you design and optimise the commercial infrastructure that powers sustainable growth. You align data, systems, and processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to create one coherent revenue engine. Working alongside Client Delivery Directors, Pricing Analysts and Sales Excellence specialists, you ensure that commercial strategy is operationalised with precision, enabling clients to scale with clarity, insight, and control.
Key responsibilities
Revenue Architecture & Funnel Design
Structure and optimise end-to-end revenue funnels across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Define operating rhythms, handovers, and performance criteria to improve conversion and lifecycle value.
Data & Performance Insight
Analyse pipeline, conversion, and retention metrics to identify drivers of performance and friction.
Build dashboards, forecasting models and reporting structures that inform executive decision-making.
Systems & Tooling Enablement
Design and govern CRM and RevOps tooling ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and process adoption.
Lead the integration of platforms and automation to increase efficiency and commercial scalability.
Stakeholder Advisory & Operational Change
Advise client leadership on RevOps strategy, governance, and capability development.
Guide change management, ensuring alignment across GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
Your profile
You combine analytical foundation with operational leadership. You bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
6+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
Proven expertise in CRM and commercial tooling, with deep experience in Salesforce (3+ years) and familiarity with broader sales and marketing technology ecosystems.
Strong command of revenue data & interpretation, and performance analytics.
Proven ability to design commercial processes, implement operational frameworks, drive adoption and optimise system usage across teams.
Able to challenge and support commercial leaders across disciplines, and across various client-facing teams simultaneously.
Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and based within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
Excellent command of English.
