Content Strategist, Medior/Senior

Your mission

Revelane partners with ambitious B2B companies to sharpen their commercial engine and accelerate performance. As a Content Strategist, you ensure that what our clients say - and how they say it - supports their strategic goals and resonates with the right audiences.

As a Content Strategist, you design content strategies that bring clarity to complex propositions and support sustainable growth. You translate strategy into language, working closely with brand strategists, consultants and client teams to turn positioning, insights and ambition into clear, effective communication across channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shaping narratives and guiding execution. You combine strategic thinking with a strong instinct for language, structure and storytelling, ensuring content is not only well-written, but purposeful and commercially relevant.

Key responsibilities

  • Content & audience strategy. Develop content strategies rooted in audience insight, market context and commercial priorities. You define objectives, content pillars, formats and channel approaches.

  • Messaging frameworks. Translate positioning and strategy into clear messaging frameworks, tone of voice guidance and narrative structures that teams can actually use.

  • Full-funnel performance thinking. Effectiveness matters. You think beyond individual assets and consider how content supports awareness, consideration and conversion. You help shape keyword strategies and content plans that balance brand authority with organic growth opportunities, using data to measure and improve impact.

  • Strategic collaboration. Work closely with designers, copywriters and growth specialists to guide execution and maintain consistency across touchpoints.

  • Writing & editing. Write and refine high-quality B2B content such as thought leadership, value propositions, website copy, campaign messaging, presentations and long-form articles. You enjoy the craft of writing and take ownership of quality.

Your profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in content strategy, B2B content or related roles

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a clear, confident and professional style

  • Experience translating complex topics into accessible, structured content

  • Solid understanding of SEO, content performance and analytics

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar

  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in multidisciplinary teams

  • Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus

  • Based in (or close to) Amsterdam and eligible to work in the Netherlands
