As Head of the Pricing practice, you are responsible to set up the Pricing practice and to grow the practice commercially and from a capability and resourcing perspective.

You shape and optimise the monetisation engines of our clients. You bring analytical depth and strategic acumen to pricing by designing models, frameworks, and tactics that unlock revenue, margin, and competitive advantage.

You work alongside GTM, Sales Excellence and RevOps teams to embed pricing into commercial strategy, ensuring that pricing decisions are grounded in evidence and executed with discipline to unlock more revenue potential.

Key responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Value Architecture
  • Define pricing strategies aligned to market positioning, customer segments, and revenue objectives.

  • Develop multi-tier pricing models, packaging structures, discount logic, and monetisation frameworks.

Pricing Analytics & Performance Insight
  • Conduct price sensitivity, elasticity, and willingness-to-pay analysis using qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Build pricing dashboards, margin impact assessments, and scenario modelling to inform decision-making, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Implementation & Commercial Enablement
  • Translate strategy into sales-ready tools, guardrails, and governance mechanisms across commercial teams.

  • Support rollout through pricing playbooks, sales guidelines, and deal desk alignment.

Stakeholder Advisory & Change Management
  • Advise client leadership on pricing implications across revenue, product-market, and finance functions.

  • Drive adoption of pricing strategies, ensuring operational alignment and behavioural commitment.

Your profile

You combine analytical rigour with commercial judgement. You bring:

  • 8+ years experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, or Consultancy.

  • A foundation in business, financial, or commercial analytics, with progression into pricing or monetisation strategy.

  • Strong proficiency in pricing models, elasticity analysis, and financial impact modelling.

  • Ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance.

  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and based within commuting distance of Amsterdam.

  • Excellent command of English.
